We had an office at lodge park for a number of years. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the fully serviced offices were just what our offices required at the time. I also had a wonderful view from my window and would sometime see deer running across the field.

This is a great location to work from and we have been doing business from these premises since 2012. We have tried to move to other locations but we have found that this location offers highly functional facilities, is easily accessible and with less traffic compared to working in the heart of Colchester. Internet connection is great and other facilities work smoothly. There are plenty of meeting rooms which can be booked for free. The Estate Managers are friendly, responsive and courteous. There are also picnic tables around Lodge Park which are great for staff who want to have their lunch away from their computer screens. With good internet connectivity this also allows some staff to go outside for fresh air with their laptops and use these tables. Another important factor to consider is parking space. There is plenty of it for staff and visitors. And last but not least, the fact that this is in a small village of Langham, it offers a perfect location for those who prefer working in a quiet and rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of big cities (yes, Colchester is a city now!).
