Had heat haus out the week in the run up to Christmas. Paid 135, their standard fee. The chap replaced a tiny rubber band and said that was the issue. However, the leak continued on the boiler. We rang again in January. The woman said they'd get back to us. Didn't hear back. Left a voicemail beginning of Feb. Never rang us back. As it was a small, but continuous leak it wasn't urgent but was annoying. We rang again today. She stated we'd have to how pay another 145 as we aren't part of their monthly care plan. So they not only robbed us of the initial 135 to NOT fix it, they now want a further 145 to probably not fixed it again It looks as though they only really want customers they can coerce into their monthly subscription. Utter waste of time. We are all for supporting small, local,businesses,as we run one ourselves, but we work and act with honesty and integrity. Give them a wide berth. Really excellent company with top notch staff. We had a new boiler installed by Heat Haus in April and were very pleased. Today I had to call them out to a leaking central heating pipe (installed by others). The service was quick, efficient and extremely professional. Thank you

Total waste of time. Had Kevin come around to provide a quote for a new boiler. Arrived on time and appeared interested in the work. Advised we would have a quotation within the week. 3 weeks later no quotes so we chasedno response. 2 months went by with several further chases and we final got a quotation! HOWEVER it was incorrect and not as we had discussed when Kevin came around. We emailed back to query the missing item and no response! Extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Having Heat Haus come to visit was a total waste of everyones time. If they didnt want the work they could have politely said, but to come to discuss the work, appear interested and to then provide an incorrect quotation is just unprofessional.
