I would never recommend this outfit to anyone.
I we toook our vehicle into AA for an oil change and to investigate a noise while idling. After a MONTH we finally got a working vehicle back.
In the meantime we collected the vehicle twice and twice it broke down twice within a mile or so. We were charged around 1500 for the priveledge of work they undertook without any consultation or permission from us, and to add insult to injury the vehicle was returned covered in marks and oily handprints, with a large engine part in the passenger footwell.
Throughout all of this we remained patient and courteous, despite having to make repeated calls to get any informationnfrom them.
I have since sent a letter asking for them to consider some sort ofvrecompence, they have not even had the courtesy to reply to Service: Oil change
