Next Employment

Seems very dodgy agency. Sue/Laura put me forward for an interview and I called them twice for feedback but they kept on rushing me off the phone and not answering my question. I spend a lot of time preparing, spending my travel money for this interview. Interviewees like me deserve an update. Do not recommend.

Poor communication from both recruiters. Never call when they say they will, no prep for interview just the standard youll be fine. All they want to do is get you off the phone and rush through things - seem to be over worked and that you are just a number. Wont be using again.

I was lucky to have found next employment during my job search as everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and professional. Emma and Amanda were very proactive in landing me interviews in roles that suited me perfectly, eventually getting me an interview for a job that suits me perfectly which I successfully interviewed for. The professionalism and proactiveness was very helpful and I am very grateful.

In the world of recruitment, Next are a breath of fresh air. I am yet to meet another company that is as proactive which is exactly what is needed when looking for work! They keep the ball rolling while keeping your spirits high. They are both friendly and professional and are my first call as soon as I find myself looking for work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
