Steve has been brilliant & so supportive in guiding me through the whole application proccess. Steve is also very honest and will give you reality of the post of PIP Assessor . Dont let low review ratings put you off enquiring.

Absolutely disgusting telephone manner. Just to answer a simple question, the man was so abrupt and rude in his way of talking. I was so shocked why somebody would employ such a person for a customer service role. Iv never spoken to somebody so rude!! He was not fit for his role!! Iv never left a review for anything before but he made me feel so belittled for just asking a mere question. Hence I felt I had to to warn people away from this company! I would give 0 stars if I could have. The man's name was Steve.

Applied for a job as a PIP assessor and within 30 mins received a phone call and email from recruitment consultant for a call back. I called back and the recruiter wasted my time bragging about Atos and slagging off other companies and saying that they was not good enough due to the short Course to become an assessor and after 17 mins then told me basically I was not good enough for the role as I was in management at my previous Job. I have vast experience in patient assessments, patient care etc. How would you know I wasnt good enough, without even interviewing me, let alone going through the course to see if I would pass. I could have been told I was unsuitable via an email instead a unnecessary phonecall which in the end put me off PIP assessor role as a whole because of what he said about other companies. I will avoid this recruitment service going forward.
