Tempest Resourcing

I registered with tempest 5 months ago. My agent - Martin has been nothing but professional and supportive. He has resolved any issues that I have experienced. I have compared a lot of agencies and have concluded that tempest is one of the best.

I told the consultant that a role they wanted to hire me was paying far too low , they asked to call to discuss saying : "I understand that you feel the pay is not enough so would you be free for a call to discuss this further." there was nothing to understand i said outright that the pay was far too low. I humoured them anyway and agreed to a phone call , they tried to get me to work for the offered pay for the role despite my experience and completely wasted by mine and their time. Very disrespectful and deluded company , defiantly earning it's one star review.

I have been with Tempest for 3 years now and Gevan and Shaun have been really professional and adaptive to my work needs. Their effective communication and regular updates have enabled me to secure contracts promptly. I would highly recommend Tempest Resourcing to active seekers of employment.

I have and would recommend Tempest Resourcing Ltd to all my friends and colleagues. Tempest was recommended to me by a Friend/Previous Manager, I was very apprehensive about taking on Contract Work and using an Umbrella Company to handle my Pay as I have always felt more secure being a permanent member of staff and all the Benefits that come along with it, but Gevan and Shaun then placed me in a Company and Position I love and enjoy doing, then along came Joe, they are always on the ball and Approachable, if I have a question, Issue or Problem they respond and resolve all queries very quickly and to the best of their abilities. They are a pleasure to work for and now that I have taken the Leap I look forward to keep working with them in the Future and to see what lies ahead.
