Harrison Holgate

I was recommended to Lauren at Harrison Holgate by a friend she placed last year, after I was made redundant. My friend said she was excellent - professional, friendly and helpful - and she certainly was! Unlike other agencies, she had a number of suitable positions and was very thorough in going through the descriptions with me, confirming details of what had been arranged and sending me all that I needed to prepare for interviews. I was cold contacted about a potential role via LinkedIn which appealed to me so replied with a copy of my CV. Received a phone call later the same day to say they wanted to put me forward for the role and we agreed that I would send a revised version of my CV tailored more towards to role and they would send over the full job spec. The very next day I sent over my revised CV, and the next working day after that I received an email from them asking me to complete their application form to register with them, which I returned the same day. However, two weeks after my initial phone call I have received no job spec and no update on whether my CV was submitted, feedback, etc., despite chasing 3 times. I've simply been ignored.

Harrison Holgate were extremely professional and helpful. They helped me find and secure a job that is right for me. The recruitment consultant Ish helped me throughout the process and guided me with tips and help. Ish was happy to answer all my questions and concerns and was very patient with me.
