    Marian is very professional and really adapts the exercises and his approach to your needs. The follow up in between sessions is great and definitely helps you to remain motivated and on top of your goals. I highly recommend Marian!

    "When the gyms shut down during the pandemic, I was worried I was going to lose my workout routine and I'd get out of shape. Also, I've never quite reached the goals I've aimed for when training by myself and I've been going to gyms for a long time! Although I was working hard in the gym, I felt like something was missing. Something wasn't quite right. I know Marian from about five years ago when he used to train me in person when I lived in London, and after he launched his new online programme, I decided to give it a go. This decision was also based on the fact that he was the only trainer from my past, who did make a significant difference. My initial concerns? I wasn't sure I could self-motivate myself to exercise at home, but after Marian explained how the programme works, I was convinced I could do it. The main thing that helped me was the home training programme with the exercise video tutorials and explanations on technique, reps and sets. Being a gym-goer for many years, the exercise part wasn't entirely new for me. The BIG plus for me was implementing new habits including a new evening routine which was a REAL game-changer. I used to stay up late, using my computer / phone, to then feel tired and unmotivated the next day. Regular snacking late at night, combined with lockdown wasn't a good combination. Now I switch my computer off one-hour earlier, which leads to a better proactive morning routine. I wake up one hour earlier, feeling motivated to exercise and start my day looking after not only my physical health, but also my mental and emotional health. By implementing the evening routine, getting a better quality of sleep, I've become more mindful about my eating and lifestyle habits. I managed to lose my first couple of kilograms more sustainably, and my body is getting stronger and more mobile. Marian also helped me re-introduce meditation to my routine, and this has now become a daily habit. It makes my days better, which in turn makes me want to continue every day. I've learned the key to meditation is to 'let go' of the results this doesn't matter because the results are the fact that you just naturally become more 'open' to opportunities that come your way, which however small, just make everything better! If you want to lose weight, increase energy during the day and feel motivated to exercise, listen to Marian. His approach is different to many other personal trainers out there, but it works! The continuous support in the background helps me to get on with everything else I need to do in my life. It's piece of mind to know you have somebody there who is very passionate and experienced and is considering everything for you, which means you don't have to guess what to do next.     Health is a habit and Marian is the ideal coach to help you make permanent changes in your everyday choices which will have long lasting effects. While working with Marian I lost 33 pounds (2.3 stone) and most importantly, I've been able to keep it off, through lock down and closed gyms etc because of the permanent changes in my lifestyle which Marian helped me make. When I was first introduced to Marian by a colleague I hadnt realized how badly Id let bad habits reign causing my weight to sky rocket. Marians kind and professional attitude and his constant and tailor support helped me get back on track in improving my health in a real and sustainable way. In the beginning when I really struggled with eating habits, Marian would check in daily about what meal choices I was making and would even help me review menus when eating out. When lockdown happened Marian was quick to help me adapt my routine and habits to this new way of life and encouraged me most of all to look after my mental health. I could not recommend Marian highly enough, he has completely changed my life for the better and is a constant source of insight and motivation.

He truly is an exceptional coach because he understands that wellness encompasses every aspect of your life, not just exercise - we had many enjoyable discussions about cultivating good habits and I can say with certainty that these few months are the healthiest and most centred Ive felt in years, and something I strive to maintain as a daily practice. Marian is hands-down the most professional trainer Ive ever worked with (and there have been a few!), and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for guidance on how to live better in general. The materials he provides (his personal training app, food / smoothie recipes, etc) are all very professional, visually appealing and useful, and I found the weekly calls very helpful in keeping track of progress - indeed, I lost about 4kg and dropped a size down over just 2 months. There are many trainers out there who will just help you look good on the outside, but Marian goes beyond the superficial to make sure you feel good mentally and live a life of deeper meaning (e.g. through meditation and self-awareness), and this will really make a key difference in the quality of your life. He has also shown me that having the holy trinity of sleep, diet and exercise in control will prime you to make better choices in every other area of your life. When I started training with Marian I was at my absolute weakest after being bedridden for ages, but I knew I was in good hands by how professional and knowledgeable he is with his training programs. He helped me regain my confidence in my own strength and in navigating the gym on my own, even without his help. Marian also kept me accountable of my own nutrition and diet, and was full of tips and advice in that regard. I've heard plenty of horror stories as far as trainers go across the gyms in London from friends, but Marian is definitely the real deal! Thanks to him I'm now the strongest and fittest I've ever been. I can't recommend him enough so if you're thinking of starting a training program with him... definitely go for it!
