Having seen so much negativity on mortgage brokers for a number of years, I was very skeptical when a friend recommended we use Novello. Today, I would never recommend anyone else. This is a firm who will put you at the heart of everything they do, delivering a high level of service without once getting frustrated by constant questions and we were purchasing our first property so had loads!
