I have been coming to this store for over a year since being allowed out post covid! It is my far my favourite watch shop in London. The staff are down to earth (rare!) and knowledgeable. I have dealt with Louis, Rebecca & Trevor primarily. All of them were delightful and treated me well. I will continue to make purchases here for many years. Today was special because I got my first Rolex from Trevor who was super helpful throughout the process. The staff here know my name & treat me as an equal which is so important as a young female I can find luxury shopping intimidating but not anymore! Skip the claustrophobic stores in the west/central and come enjoy a unique and personal experience in the city where you arent just another number or tourist.
