    It has been over a year since I have made my dental claim with no status update. When on the phone with support I am left on hold for hours or they drop my call entirely. Making a claim for their personal health fund is near impossible. I have never been so disappointed with an insurance company.

    Useless. Will do anything to get out what should be a simple claim. If your looking for health insurance don't waste your time with Vitality. Edit: Despite the response below asking for my details so they can 'look into this further' which I've provided I've had no reply.

    Takes months to get a reply to an email, especially if you are making a claim. Still waiting for hundreds of pounds worth of dental treatment which I simply cannot afford to not claim back. Paid me my optical claim incorrectly as well and said I had to go through vision express which is not stated anywhere in the documents provided for my insurance. AXA were 1 million times better.

    Wish so could give a below zero star. They are seriously a nightmare to deal with. Lack of communication, unreliable, zero experience. Terrible. They dont reply to emails. they never answer the phone and when they do theyre clueless.Cant wait for them to answer this review saying sorry bout this, please send an email so that we can investigate lol the joke

    APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICES !!!! ONE OF THE MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANIES EVER !! I needed to move from company policy to private, simple. I had a call back Monday 4.30pm to do this and came home especially then going out at 5.30pm. They called at 5.30pm to say they are closing which I was annoyed because I came home early. Agreed the following day at 4.30pm. Tuesday came , nothing till 5.30pm. I made a massive fuss and complained again as I made a special journey home , this time I was NOT happy ! Agreed final time today at 4.30pm and made them promise to call. Its now almost 5pm and NOTHING AGAIN!!! What the hell is going on with this bunch of inept people ??? Just look at the amount of negative comments ?? COME ON VITALITY honestly you are useless!!!! UPDATE !!! NOT EVEN A CALL TODAY 3RD DAY AND STILL CANT MAKE A CALL DISGRACE !!!!!
