        Very responsive customer service but please be sure to read the small print as it is no good for short term unemployment insurance as even if you pay for a short excess period you will be waiting a while to get paid. I had a 60 day excess but would still have had to wait 5 months after leaving work to get a payment. For longer term periods it may be better but check the tasks you are expected to perform while being off. There are quite a few gotchas that could prevent payout, don't go paying in for years to discover these.
