Very rude put the phone down on me and told me just because i am disabled then i still have to get to the doctors while having severe diarrhea before i can claim for 68 back. no worries reviews will be done i also have the phone call recorded, which you incorrectly told me is illegal!

Purchased a ticket refund policy to cover theatre tickets in the case of strikes. Our travel was then cancelled due to strikes. We submitted a claim and they refused to provide the refund. First they tried to claim there were no strikes by linking to a Bloomberg article that was incorrect (it referred to different strikes that had been cancelled, not the ones impacting us). Upon pointing out they were wrong, they then simply wrote 'Please refer to the previous email sent confirming we are not able to offer you a refund in this instance.' They provided no explanation whatsoever. The service and conduct of JM Marketing is in breach of the rules and guidelines defined by its regulatory body, the Financial Conduct Authority, and we will be writing a complaint to the FCA accordingly. We will also notify Lloyds of London and the Financial Ombudsman, as well as relevant trade press so that other consumers can be made aware not purchase any of JM Marketing's services. If we still have not received our refund inline with the terms and conditions offerd by JM Marketing at purcahse, we will make a claim for damages through the courts.

Another non provider. Completely unnecessary cog in the insurance industry. Taking all the premiums and offering a slow, inefficient claims service that ultimately hides behind clever disclaimers to reject claims and make a bunch of fat rich men even richer. Congratulations you're profiteering off the old and vulnerable

0 stars if I could. You have to fill out a very lengthy form to request a refund and then they close the request with an email stating your replies and future tickets will be automatically discarded. They dont even provide a clear reason for rejecting your request, because their end goal is that you get sick of them and decide to give up, rather than endlessly going through their painful refund process and trying to guess why they're rejecting the request (if there is a reason at all!). 2 years worth of delays for an event that I am no longer able to attend.
