I contacted data clinic after a drive failed and I was unable to access files. I was contacted promptly and guided through the process as well as the costs which were clearly defined. A quick collection service was organised and then a diagnosis and extraction of my files, I was kept informed at every stage which was very impressive. The turn around was prompt and good value for this service. Most of my files were retrieved which was a huge relief. Thoroughly impressed with data clinic, I wouldnt be put off by the negative reviews, I would have no issue recommending this professional company.

I am mighty scared not 100% of the really valuable data will be recovered out of fortuitous bad luck. I have not yet dropped the hard drive item for a diagnostic nor paid anything as of yet but in line with Jana's comment, I really enjoyed the professionalism and kindness of Michelle during my call earlier. Friendly and helpful from the start to explain the recovery process. Further questions answered quickly. Pickup and delivery both worked perfectly and the whole process including effective data recovery was turned around within just a few days. Cost very reasonable by market standards. Fully happy with the service provided.
