I first came across Trsor Rare 2 years ago whilst walking down south Molton. A lovely lady offered me a sample and said she would show me their newest product which would remove my lines. I was weary at first as she stopped me on the street but the results I have seen have been amazing. I just repurchased my favourites: Express 60 Seconds Lift and the Ultimate Pearl Peeling Gel. I have to be honest and say that it is one of the very few products that Ive tried that ACTUALLY works. Now I attend facials with them once a month for LED light therapy which I highly recommend. The girls there are lovely too so pop in and see them!!!

Culturally insensitive staff. Im posting this after countless incidents that Ive personally experienced as have my colleagues. Its time I said something. I work in this area and am of Asian descent. Every morning, I pass by this store on the way to work. There are usually staff trying to lure customers in a fairly aggressive manner. Fine, maybe thats what you do. What I cant condone is the fact that Im often met with a Nihao (hello in Chinese). When I attempt to ignore them, Im barraged with a series of Nihaos. Whether Im Chinese or not is besides the point (I just happen to not be), this is offensive to everyone walking by. Nobody needs this at 830 in the morning; we have real more pressing things to worry about. I stress that there are dozens of people at my work who feel the same way from various ethnic backgrounds. If I see this behaviour again, I will not afford you the decency of a warning as this, and will gather as many people as I can to report it in via official channels. Youve been warned.

They chase everyone that passes by the shop and try to give them "free samples" and invite them to enter the shop. Once in the shop they are con artists that try to charge over 500 pounds to naive tourists for cheap products. I pass by the shop every day because I work nearby and frankly is annoying having to say "No, thank you" every morning to them. But the worse thing is that one day the girl insulted me calling me "moron" when I was passing by her, just because I ignored her annoying requests.... When I turned back and asked explanations she denied everything and replied she just said "good morning". The manager stepped out to cover her and both denied everything, so I just left, what could I do? These people look to me like low lifes and professional scammers. Be careful with them and read the negative reviews left by other people.

RUN! RUN!! RUN!!! I wish I had read online reviews before I was pulled into the Tresor Rare store at 150 Fenchurch Street in London. The sales people work in the store are con artists. Google Tresor Rare scam, and you will read tons of consumers fell into their traps and lost thousands. As online consumers reports, they will move to different location after one location has too many consumer complaints reported to BBB or related government officials. The sales technique they use in every store is similar. It involves a woman stands outside the store hanging out samples and pull people into the store. Then another sales person takes over by rubbing product on your hand, in my case, the "facial peel", then a manager will show up and give you a huge discount because he/she "just visiting that store to teach the new sales person, so he/she can give you such high discount to gain your trust". They will show you the online price which is insanely expensive to make you believe you get a big bargain buying from them. Before I left, the sales person tried the EXPRESS 60 SECONDS LIFT under my eye in the dimmed room. Believe or not, at that moment I did see the different it smoothed out my fine wrinkle under my eye. Not until I walked under the sun and saw that product was like a paste under my eye and ruined my make-up. Nevertheless, I bought facial peel and EXPRESS 60 SECONDS LIFT from them. The moment I saw the paste under my eye under the day light, I realized I have been scammed. As online review, the so call facial peel more like some sort of chemical reaction that will produce dirt like peeling affect. The EXPRESS 60 SECONDS LIFT, which works like when you put egg white on your skin, it temporarily stretches your skin when its dry. It messes up your make up if you put it under your make up. I really want to give them the benefit of doubt, so I put this EXPRESS 60 SECONDS LIFT at bedtime, hoping it will work as anti-aging eye cream. Guess what? I woke up only to find more wrinkle on my face as this product sucked the oil and water out of my skin. You cant return the products back to them because as stated on their website, they only accept un-opened products within 14 days of purchase. However, according to online reviews, you cant return the products to the store where you purchase the product even though its un-opened, you have to call their customer service line where they will give you all sorts of excuses (such as the store is not authorized to sell you this product) NOT to accept the return. I only lost $300, but I know there were people who have lost thousands from their scam. I really wonder if those positive reviews are real. I hope the mighty internet will spread the words, and fewer people will fall into their traps.
