I have an integrated freezer bought in November and a drawer has come apart due to faulty manufacture, however I have been told verbally that this is not covered under the 5 year warranty period and the email I have sent to them 3 weeks ago remains unanswered - I have requested call backs and am still waiting

Would not advise buying any products from cda had nothing but problems with our fridge and freezer and the customer care is appalling!! After large cracks appeared in fridge was just offered a discount on a new one !!! Plus endless faults with freezer . Would never buy or recommend to anyone

Shocking customer repair service. Our dishwasher was still under the 5 year warranty for parts. So after pre paying 119 for labor on 16th November 2020 an engineer visited us and said a mouse had chewed through the hose. ( We have two very rambunctious cats and we can not find any mouse droppings).... The engineer later returned and fitted the new hose, only to find the dishwasher would now not pump out the water. He told us he would return later and replace the pump. This is where the problems begin. We kept calling customer services, spending hours waiting to talk to an operator, eventually talking to a person who would get back to us.... it never happened until.... Eventually on 27th January, more than 2 months later, we managed to get a call back from the resolution centre, only to be told their engineer has now diagnosed the mouse has nested in the motor of the dish washer and therefore the price of the parts will not be covered..... Go figure!

STAY AWAY !!!!! Worst service ive ever had in my entire life. Bought a kitchen through Wren and was advised to go for a CDA fridge. Had the kitchen installed in February 22 and by August 22 the fridge had stopped working. Rang them, they sent an engineer out 10 days later. The engineer couldnt check the fridge as he was not allowed to remove the fridge from the kitchen unit as per his company policy. He asked us to take it out and would come back 2 days later. We did this and he didnt come after 2 days but another 7 days. He refilled the Gas in the fridge and got it working again, this lasted about 3 days. On the phone to CDA again, bearing in mind each call takes about 30 mins to get through to someone. They have now promised a new replacement fridge. 10 days later and a company shows up with the new fridge. Unwraps the packaging and find the fridge was damaged. They said they couldnt install it and had to take it back. 7 weeks now without a fridge. Absolutely unacceptable service. We rang them and was adamant we get refunded as i had lost complete faith in this company at this point. Eventually they agreed a refund which was processed 7 days later. I have never in my life experienced such poor service from a company like this. Absolutely appauling. They need to be investigated by trading standards and watchdog. Surely they can think going without an essential item like a fridge for nearly 2 months is acceptable service. Read the other reviews and STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!! You have been warned.
