Thought this was a great site - stayed in a campervan over the early May Bank Holiday Weekend. Great views, great welcome, hot showers, felt safe yet also not overly held back by too many rules. Dog friendly, really good logs for sale for fires & close to lots of places to see. Extra points for being near a Booths to stop at on the approach - picked up a great tea & drinks which went down well after a long drive! Reading the other reviews, I can see that this may not be a site for a busy period - it was fine for 30 pitches but can see that there might be a strain on facilities if there were lots more people staying. This wasnt my experience, so cant comment.
