Stayed 2 nights this week,What a disaster. When arrived David was lovely,Had an upset tummy so decided to have a brandy none at all on the premises. When we ordered our evening meal I was given fish and chips not the fish pie,Decided to eat it so as not to spoil my partners meal (it was a terrible excuse for fish.and chips /fish plonked on top of the.chips. .)Kens risotto was wet and mushrooms destroyed to the point of being unrecognisable,following morning the breakfast was so bad that myself and the 2 people at the next table were not charged for it .Gluttons for punishment we thought another chef it cannot be as bad but the tandoori chicken was only just edible (kens mussels were good).But the final straw was we were charged for 3 items that the next table had ordered. Yes they refunded us when we complained.If you want to stay somewhere put up with wrong meals badly cooked ,with a breakfast waitress who calls you she and tells you if you are not happy with you're toast you can make it yourself.(remember it was other people complaining as well)..Then this may be the place for you .p.s. area manager has been in touch we have refused any refund or vouchers as nothing can make up for the last two days.
