After struggling to Locate the correct axles for my box trailer, I contacted e-trailers for some advice and to source a range of replacement parts, including the Stub suspension axles. I went through to Jeff who meticulously ran me through each of the components and key characteristics that I needed to check to ensure that they supplied me with the correct parts, even directing me to their very informative YouTube channel. The level of passion, experience and knowledge was impressive; this guidance corrected some of my errors that avoided unnecessary delays and cost to get the job done. Unfortunately, some of the parts I needed were not in stock at the time and Jeff was kind, and fair enough to direct me to an alternative source to support me getting the job done.
