When a circular tube failed for an elderly disabled couple preventing them from being able to see in their kitchen, it was a call to general lamps to confirm I could visit and collect a new one for them that saved the day. A hard to source old tube. Then I caused them so much trouble processing a small order but the guys were super helpful and cheery. Even invited me to return if it was the incorrect one. Fabulous firm. Thanks

I ordered a fluorescent tube ....not expensive....got it on time .... RECOMMEND

Not impressed. I ordered 2 small bulbs that arrived with NOT FOR HOUSEHOLD USE on the box they are for INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY due to the heat they give off. I called and was told this was just an EU thing and that they would be fine. Not happy with that at all, why not put that info on the website? I wouldn't have bought them and have never seen this written on a bulb box before. Anyway, i spent 4 quid on delivery, now they want me to spend another 4 to send them back - more than the bulbs are worth so obviously not going to bother, what a rip off
