Merlin Bathrooms Ltd

We chose Merlin Bathrooms to fit our bathroom. They completely stripped out our old bathroom (floorboards and all) and installed the new one, all project managed by an excellent team of bathroom suppliers and fitters. Dean was more than happy to integrate our design ideas and make changes to the original plans as we moved through the process. Examples such as building an inner wall to effectively hide all the pipework, build in a niche to keep regularly-used bathroom products in a tidy, handy location. Best of all, we were able to change shower packages half-way through. Logistically, there have been difficulties with communication which has left us frustrated at times. Now, with the project mostly complete, and to a high standard so far, we have been waiting 6 months for the team to finish off the final teething problems - such as a shower screen that is too short (floods the floor each time we use it), a stubbornly, dripping tap and troublesome faults in the bath seal. It would be disingenuous to report only the positive, so this review has been edited to provide a fair representation of services rendered to date.

We had our bathrooms refurbished about 6 months ago and thought it was time to write a review. We had both our family and en-suite bathrooms done and are incredibly pleased with the work and standard of finish. Six months on and it still feels like we are walking into a brand new bathroom - they are both immaculate. From the start Dean and Carl were excellent through the design and costing process, happy to tweak designs and change choices and quick to respond with the new designs and costing. They kept to our tight budget - always discussing anything that might need to be added or that could be saved on. The installation went smoothly and the bathrooms were completed in the four weeks quoted (one after the other). Matt the fitter was brilliant and always got in touch if there was a question to ask or something to check on. He always made sure we knew what he was doing and took the time to explain how things were going. I would definitely recommend them all as a bathroom design and fitting service. If we were ever to have any similar work needed - Merlin Bathrooms, Waterbeach would be our first choice.

We have just had our en-suite refurbished with Merlin Bathrooms, the service we received was very professional prompt and friendly from start to finish very impressed with the finish result.Would not hesitate to recommend and use Merlin Bathrooms again.
