I have no idea what the last two reviews are on about, I have known Mark for many years and I know he would do his upmost to help and resolve anything for anybody, I have used this company for classic, commercial and performance vehicle windscreen - sunroof glass replacements and always very impressed in the care and professionalism thats given by all the fitters. Top service and wouldnt use anybody else full stop. Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement, Sunroof glass replacement

My windscreen was damage and couldnt passed mot So Gate ford offer MSG they replaced it,after that passengers side heater start no working after little while when I was driving on motor way wind starts coming in when I made notice was 2 years out of warranty they refused to sort problem for free,poor job

After some kids threw stones from a bridge over the A12 and smashed my screen I called MSG as I have used them many many times before because I am in the motor trade and used them to replace any damaged screen that came in on trade in cars. The car I use has the DAB aerial built in to the windscreen and since being replaced by MSG my radio has worked intermittently for the last 15 MONTHS. After many phone conversations which always ended in a promise to come and look at the car nobody ever arrived, even text messages with promises to take a look knowing that my partner works from home so is available all day again no one arrived. I can honestly say every promise to call me back when I caught them at a busy moment never came, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the current pandemic but now enough is enough, I will no longer use them for trade car replacement screen and will be posting this on all social media I use for the business and in the future as a non-recommended windscreen replacement business. very disappointing after using and recommending them for so many years from my time working with Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Bentley and Land Rover. I have been told the screen is faulty and could have been replaced under warranty but now have to pay out over 350 for a new screen that could have been fixed for nothing.
