I scheduled a last minute MOT inspection with AJ and his team, and the process could not have been more easy, convenient or helpful. My car was picked up outside of my office in the morning and delivered back at the end of the day, with MOT complete and all necessary repairs finished. Communication from start to finish was easy and clear. Couldn't have gone better in my opinion!

I was visiting Cambridge & needed to get an emergency MOT booked in for my sons car. I managed to get a next day morning slot. Before the MOT they had a quick look at the car & I was told that it would automatically fail the MOT due to an engine fault warning light on the dashboard, so advised not to go ahead with the MOT until fixed to avoid unnecessary time, expense & negative marker on the cars history (1st MOT). The part required could not be sourced from VW until late the next day, which did not fit in with my plans, but with their help I managed to buy the required part from a local VW dealership in Cambridge. The fault was quickly fixed the same day & they kindly re-booked me in the next morning (Bank Holiday Friday) for the MOT, which it passed. It cost me, including the part, fitting & MOT just 230. I was quoted over 500 by my local VW garage for a repair & MOT in 10-12 days time. This is a family run garage, a really honest & decent outfit that refreshingly does not try to rip you off. They could not have been more helpful & hospitable, a comfy sofa & drinks whilst waiting, plus a lovely German Shepard dog called Diesel to play with. Great service, so thank you guys & girls, and even though Im not local I will come back in the future if the need arises.

I recently had my car's MOT done at Cambridge Hybrid Specialists, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The team at Cambridge Hybrid Specialists was very hospitable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable during my visit. When it came time to get my MOT done, I was a bit nervous, as I've had bad experiences with other garages in the past. But the team at Cambridge Hybrid Specialists really put me at ease. They handled my MOT with great care and expertise, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. During my visit, I also had to run a few errands, and I was worried about coordinating transportation. But again, the team at Cambridge Hybrid Specialists really came through for me. They offered to drop me off wherever I needed to go, which was a huge relief and made my day much less stressful. And then, to top it all off, after I came to pick my car up, it ended up being delayed due to some unexpected issues. But instead of leaving me to wait around hungry, the team at Cambridge Hybrid Specialists even bought me lunch! I couldn't believe it - it was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really showed that they care about their customers. Overall, I can't recommend Cambridge Hybrid Specialists enough. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car needs!
