Adverted as "High standard" but that's not true at all.
I've purchase a new house with multiple defects and no one comes to fix them. I'm living here already for 6 months.
Major infiltration in the bathroom and no one comes to see.
No drain hole at the back garden (when it rains looks a swimming pool)
Handover me the house wirh a massive cracked window and frame (took nearly 3 months to come and fix it).
Boiler stopped working on the first week after the handover.
Clearly rush and bad constrution...
It's shameful how big organisations such this one treat their clients...
Extremely bad costumer service.
