90% of the time good service. I have used them over 40 times over many years for return trips to Heathrow. Most of the time they were on time, car was clean, drivers were professional. There were a few issues with drivers: * Once the driver did not show up. The office arranged a replacement, but this cost an hour. Luckily I made the flight. * 4-5 times I had to wait at Heathrow 30mins+, most recently in August 2022. * Twice the drivers were demanding tips * Once or twice the driver thought the road is a racing track, was bragging that they were not yet caught speeding and how they negotiate with police. Once or twice a novice driver (keeping sat nav instructions on full detail narration on the speaker, having the front seat moved so much back that there was barely any space to get into the car) Office: * Phone/email support is great, very responsive and requires very few iterations, all of my issues were resolved quickly. * The website is clumsy and poorly thought through, but once you are used to it is sufficient to book a trip and see upcoming/past trips. Notifications are broken, sometimes the web site shows a driver to be on their way 12 hours before the pickup time. * Usually a day before the trip an email and sms confirms the trip details * Phone support is mainly in office hours, but there is an emergency number available.

It's rare that the most convenient solution is also the most economical one, but for my recent move to Brussels, with two cats and an apartment's worth of belongings, Airport Lynx was that perfect solution. Claire, who organised the transfer, and Steve, who drove, were efficient and professional, and the whole trip went off without a hitch.
