Done a really good job of my dog can't recommend her enough x

Very pleasant member of staff but didn't do a good job on either of our Border Terriers. Both dogs looked messy with some bits still shaggy while others cut badly with one dog's tail being cut straight across for example, and another loosing some of her whiskers. In contrast to what was agreed, much of the dogs coats were cut rather than stripped as well. While I'm sure they've done good work with other dogs, we certainly won't be taking our dogs back there. Our previous groomer is a journey away but we'll be going back there in future.
