        A nice man came to survey, we were told a quote would be given in 2 days, a week later I had to call, eventually we got the quote and it was cheaper but we had lost faith so went to another company.

        Gave me the best price, looks like a really good product, (double glazing), house is quieter and warmer and only had bottom floor done at present. The fitters were superb. As soon as finances allow I'm having upper floor done by Jeffrey James. The whole process was stress free from start to finish, no hard sell, no "I will ring the boss to see if we can get the price down for you", Windows measured, good price offered, windows fitted on same day they said they would, no mess, no stress. I would totally recommend this firm. Service: General window replacement
