Unfortunately my dog boni passed away yesterday I phoned lanes vets the lady on the phone was very nice and asked me to bring her to the surgery. On arrival to the surgery we were put in a room and left for what felt a long time ,when someone did come in, she was is in so much of a rush to fill a form in she didn't once check the dog ,she then asked me if I'd be wanting my blanket back then she said I'll be back in a minute I'll get the card reader. On her return she took my payment said you can hang around for a bit if you want we chose not to so she went back threw the door she came threw and we wer e left feeling very cold my last few times at lanes has made me realise they are money driven and the compassion dimples gave you is a thing of the past I understand you are a business but you also have to realise your dealing with people who treasure there pets and have a none monetary love for them and at the time they need youost your stood with your hand out
