        I have hired from Pye probably about five times now. The last hire - the van broke down, and the website emergency number was wrong. The following day Daniel at Pye Hire apologised and went out of his way to correct the awful night before. I was really impressed with the customer service at Lancaster. He phoned me to inform me what they have done to prevent it in the future - that was really the thing which changed 4stars to 5 - the desire to improve. I would still hire agin though I think the company do need to ensure this is prevented and update the webpage ASAP.

        Dave at pye hire couldnt have been any more helpful and accommodating. At short notice he was able to sort out a hire vehicle when other places couldnt. The customer service was literally the best I have experienced for years. I never write reviews but felt like I had to as it was more than 5 stars.
