        Excellent phenomenal service given by Brian & Daniel who gave me fantastic service with superb care & attention . Both staff members held conversations so well which makes a hospital Journey less daunting . Infact after talking to these professional , dedicated Men I actually forgotten about my appointment & my initial anxiety was almost gone . It truly made a huge difference to my Journey's. Very smartly dressed , very polite & courteous at all times . Made me feel at ease the moment we met . Also introduced themselves immediately upon meeting . So neat & tidy . Highly recommended 100 % . Best ever phenomenal care I have ever had ever ! Very pleased indeed . Thank you NWPALS. Sincere Gratitude NS . Journey's today 17.08.22 Liverpool return .
