        Lovely place what I saw of it in the station lol

        First time user of the station and attended the ticket office to purchase a ticket for the train to Manchester Piccadilly. (11.49 on 28/3/23) The ticket office lady (Amy) was polite and helpful explaining that the cheapest ticket was a Northern Line but could only be purchased from the ticket machine on the other side of the station. When I asked for directions as I had not used the station before she politely walked me to the ticket m/c. Service above and beyond 5star. Neil Monaghan
