        He could not wait at LANCASTER station despite me informing the driver by phone that my London train was 11 minutes late arriving into Lancaster No apologies at all - Dreadful customer service Will not use your services again

        Me and my friend found it impossible to find a taxi in the Galgate area, no other taxi firm around the Lancaster or Garstang area would pick us up as it was around rush hour and they wouldnt cover the area we were heading to. John however sorted us out without any trouble and collected us quickly within 20 minutes! Lovely guy, would use him again if in the area and would recommend to anybody. Thanks John!
