        Absolutely terrible customer service on the phone. Was shocked and appalled by how rude the lady was. After trying to give her directions, she proceeded to argue saying the location was inaccessible (the location being a carpark) and then hung up after shouting "the taxi is on it's way"... which never showed up.

        Horrible and rude receptionist. No communication skills at all. We get you are fully booked but she does have hang up the phone on me before I ask my question. what kind of business is this if they cant be professional at it. Dont recommend it at all
