Terrible service the women on the phone seemed to annoyed and angry. The perfect explanation is a typical Karen who was so rude for no reason. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB CHANGE IT DONT TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS. Will never use this service again

We called this taxi company and asked for a taxi in Lancaster. They said we were too close to the taxi rank and should go find a taxi there. There were no taxis in the taxi rank and had to wait 30 minutes. The call handler was very rude and impolite. I dont want to call this company again. They need to be more customer focused.

This service is just the worst !! I have been told that my taxi will arrive in about 20-30 minutes and after one hour of waiting i called again and a guy answered and told me that his colleague is a liar and has been lying to everyone that day !! I mean this was his excuse for leaving me waiting for an hour in the cold !!!

Terrible service. The call taker was very impatient and rude, hung off my call and tod me to figure out which stop I was then to call back. I tried to told them I don't know which stop they were referring to, they don't care. Use other companies, they're much friendly and quicker response.
