        Been told that they (sometimes?) use an outsourced India call centre now. Last couple of times I rang up, I got someone who couldn't understand what I was saying and I could barely understand him too, and the line was awful. Gave up in the end. Never had any problems with the drivers, or the office people, but I literally couldn't get this guy to understand me.
