My 4month old has been coming since he was 7weeks old and he absolutely loves it! Molly is such a good teacher and brings so much happiness to each lesson! I am so proud of the progress my little boy has made in such a short period of time! Definitely recommend.

A great swim school with lovely, friendly and supportive teachers. My son has been going to this swim school since he was 10 months old (he's now 7). He has made excellent progress and communication has always been excellent. Definitely recommend.

My daughter has been swimming with Molly a couple of months now, and has come on leaps and bounds after previously being with a different swim school. Molly is so friendly and encouraging, and my daughter trusts her implicitly.

Booked and paid for 10 weeks 1:2 for my boys. Had to stop and start due to lockdown etc but nearing the last few sessions I asked about badges. I was told that there were no badges that term because of lockdown and stopping/starting of the lessons. Apparently an email was sent out advising parents of this? I received no email. I was told badges would be done in the next term? I wasnt signing onto the next term, so my kids swam for a full term, turned up to every lesson and was given no badge, no progress report and no praise for what they had achieved? I wasnt signing up for the next term because I didnt like the set up or space there (Loyne School) My kids were expected to swim widths at the end of a pool whilst a group of 6 others were using the pool at the same time. No space to swing a cat. The swim teacher we had (a young lad) was nice enough. I felt he lacked communication skills, he rarely told me how my kids were doing and I had very little input from him. Our online portal was never updated either? I found the whole experience disappointing, unfriendly and basically a waste of our time and money.

Not an ounce of compassion. Not even for long standing customers such as ourselves. The uncertainty of the pandemic forced us to cancel our next block of lessons. We're owed 4 lessons from the previous block and I think she was expecting us to just walk away. We had to chase her to rearrange the 4 lessons we were owed from before lockdown as they clashed with our child starting school. Tried to tell us she sent an email giving us our options but we received no such email. At first she said she had nothing then offered us 1:6 ratio instead of the 1:4 we'd paid for. The time of the new lessons weren't convenient and we didn't feel comfortable with our child being in a 1:6 when we're not allowed by the pool side. So we asked for a refund as thought that would solve the problem all round. She refused! The only excuse she could give is 'I don't do refunds.' Thanks for keeping my money! Certainly wouldn't recommend. Very unprofessional and was very stand offish about the whole situation. Sorry we can't afford to continue with the lessons but we can't do anything about that I'm afraid. Currently enquiring to schools that take monthly payments and with more flexibility, for when we're back on our feet financially!
