My daughter has been attending for 6 years. Great instructors, good progression and friendly people. Oh, and doesn't break the bank. Nuf said.

Gym is ran by great people, you're always learning and even teaching which really boosts your confidence and allows you to improve even more. Couldn't recommend more.

They didn't teach me self defence they just wanted my parents money. All advice was impractical in real life.
