        Vegetarian options: In some of the subways near where we live, if you want a veggie delight they automatically give you cheese on both sides of the bread. This seems fairer, as people with meat subs get meat and cheese without additional cost. Dietary restrictions: If someone has just handled jalapenos for a sub they should change gloves as mandatory if the next person isn't having them. Some people can get very bad reactions from just a tiny touch transfer on their food!
