Great service and friendly staff, who are always willing to go an extra mile. Wouldnt use any other Post Office.

This evening, I Went in to return a parcel for my disabled mother and send off my HGV medical forms. Only to be met by a rude, arrogant and sarcastic woman (short blonde/silver hair colour, I would say aged between 60-65 years old). The same woman who my partner witnessed giving another previous costumer the same rude, sarcastic and extremely poor attitude when they requested help. I tried to explain the contents of my DVLA forms and speak politely to the lady, but was constantly being shouted and Barked down by her and ultimately had to just give up and take them away. And after this transaction, my partner, who was by my side, tried asking about passports and she got the very same disgraceful customer service. Rude, arrogant, sarcastic, unfriendly and useless! I will not be going there again! Much prefer to pay for parking and go to the main sorting office in the town centre. Very very angry with my experience there tonight!!!
