Peel Ports Heysham

Why stenna & seatruck dont operate from the gate entrance is beyond me,all other ports I go through your greeted with the shipping company like stenna at Birkenhead or seatruck at Liverpool they book you in one person all checked and done no traffic problems. But no peel ports have got half a dozen people sat in a cabin that sit outside smoking asking you the same dozy questions showing id has if they dont know who you are when they see you twice a day..peel ports you are really wasting money here,would be so much easier with 2/4 lanes book in with each company on entrance what could be simpler

Security staff has to be trained to the standards. It's not acceptable to use criminals as port security. Avoid this place in any circumstances. The most unprofessional port security in the whole of the UK, such people should not be allowed to communicate with customers using Heysham port service, because security staff is Inadequate.
