Is it the unimpressed woman who messes up the orders or is it the cooks in the kitchen? Been to this place frequently over the last few years and I'd say 4 times out of 10 you either get something different to what you ordered or something as simple as the red salt you specifically asked for is missing. Wanted a cheese burger, not only did it come without cheese, but it wasn't even beef. It was a chicken burger, and no salt on the chips. This place has been in business long enough for ridiculous mistakes like this to be ironed out.

Ordered mix donner and chips, For the price there wasnt much in there, presentation was decent. Came from Manchester to visit someone in hospital so went online and found this place. The food itself was different cooked different on a griddle maybe, not the usual donner strip dancing on the pole and chicken you get. Value for money kills it for me.

Last time I'll order from these fellas. Ridiculous wait times for food then it arrives and it's just not worth the money. Happened last two times I've ordered. It's s not on.

Shocking delivery time, ordered food and took 2 hours to be delivered when was told would be 1 hour. Rang restaurant and food wasnt even cooked and still had to wait another hour before the driver got to me. The restaurant was only a 5 minute drive but due to being in hospital I couldnt drive after having surgery. The food was good, chips and onion rings were cold though.
