        It looks the staff always changed in Rowlands Pharmacy. The new members of staff don't familiar with the work but their attitude looks not right. For example, they usually escape the duty and let the patient to contact and visit GP again and again. Finally confirmed it's their fault. It happened to me twice in one year.

        Medication not ready on time, I ordered when I had two weeks of tablets left as it now takes a week for the order to be done, I went to pick it up and they said it was not ready as the Dr's hadn't signed it turned out the chemist hadn't ordered it so Dr's did it as an emergency, chemist said they would ring me to collect it that afternoon, they didn't, so rang the next day and they still haven't got it done will now be done for tomorrow this is not the first time
