You struggle to get through on phone , when you do get through staff are rude and bare face lie to you My prescription was done by Gp on 27/01/2023 and sent to the pharmacy, I am on the delivery list. I ran out of my medication on02/02/2023. I tried to call on 03/02 unable to get through , I called this morning to be told my prescription was made up and sat on shelf and would be delivered today, by 17:45 no delivery had arrived, I called pharmacy again to be told that the prescription was printed and filed and had not been made up at all and I wouldnt be able to have my medication until tomorrow, the woman I spoke to was very rude, I did ask her why did the staff member lie ? She wouldnt answer me , I then informed her that if anything happened to me with being with out my medication I would hold the pharmacy responsible, her response was Im not listening to that and hung up This is not the first time this has happened and given the constant rudeness of the staff in the pharmacy I will be looking to get mine and my familys prescriptions elsewhere

Very friendly and helpful staff- work hard under pressure- we have had nothing but great service over the years- thank you

The staff promise delivery will be that day,when you ring to ask where delivery is,their excuse it is not on delivery shelf. Constantly have to chase when delivery is arriving

Always a queue and they take ages to serve people. I waited for just over half an hour to be served today. I'm going to change my chemist
