No initial greeting or 'we'll be with you in a minute', take forever to actually get your prescription ready with 10-15 minutes easily becoming 45 minutes to an hour, pay zero attention to the queue ahead of them and if you try and call them? You'd be better off using a carrier pigeon, I can't think of a single time in all the years they've been there that they've actually answered the phone.

Opens as stated on Sundays at 0930, called for over 10 minutes and no answer although at one time it had been picked up and left silent. Shocking, if your open at 0930 then answer the phone to your customers.
