        Why advertise your opening times when you don't adhere to them. It would be helpful if you published that you close for lunch and sometimes extend those times and the excuse of no pharmacist on-site so you open late. What about the customer that needs products that can be bought over the counter or collected in a package from boots online. Incompetent staff that should learn about customer service. Why are Boots themselves not looking into these issues.

        The worst pharmacy I've been to. The eternal problem with prescriptions that, despite the order, do not come. And the preparation time is awfully long.
