Every single month without fail my prescription is usually missing an item. This months prescription is missing 28 tablets. And about 12 days late now. Unfortunately their staff have recently become very unhelpfull and abrupt on the phone. I was told I would know by 2pm. 3pm still heard nothing

Ive used this pharmacy for years with positive experience, until lunchtime today. The pharmacist (who I hadnt seen here before) had a terrible attitude, gave me incorrect information, was rude and standoffish and actually walked away from me whilst I was still talking. I went to the pharmacy next door who were very helpful and my query was sorted in moments. Ive now changed my EPS nomination and will not use Well again. I work in primary care, unbeknownst to this particular pharmacist, so find his lack of knowledge concerning to say the least. As did my colleagues when I returned to work. For the sake of other patients, hopefully this was just a locum having a bad day. I wont be taking the chance again though.
