        We watched the groomer pick up our dog by his tail because he kept laying down as he was scared. I emailed to complain and heard nothing. Would never take him there again,

        Our two Cairn Terriers were booked in for their next appointment after their last groom. Several weeks later they rang to say they had doubled booked and offered us another date several weeks after the original date. I accepted and have now received a phone call this afternoon Sat 21st June, to say they cannot groom the dogs on our appointment date of Mon 23rd June at 9:00 am but they can rebook us for late August. Refused and will now go elsewhere. No apology and quite frankly could not have cared less when I declined. Clearly not a very reliable organisation under it's present management. Pet owners beware.

        Excellent work carried out on our dog. She's a nervous dog and doesn't like being groomed but has no issues here! She comes home looking and smelling great!
