Brilliant dog groomers we have a Schnauzer and Paul cut him perfectly. Can't recommend him enough.

Followed a recommendation and tried to book a grooming for our dog. We left a message on his Facebook (Business) page, which sent an automated return message back confirming return his contact soon. We waited for a couple of days and sent another FB message but we still didnt get return contact. We did notice some new postings however that confirmed his account was still live. We then tried phoning up instead but got no answer, so left a voicemail. Our voicemail was never responded to, so we sent a text message the following day. Two days later, still no reply or response in any shape or form, so we have given up and booked with another (5 star rated) groomer instead. How can so many small business perform such a great job or service but not understand the importance of good communication and developing some business acumen. Very disappointed!
