Ive known stuart a few years now. What comes across from him is positivity, a can do attitude and a willingness to share that. Hes not someone who stands on the side watching, hes an active guy who can demonstrate what he asks of clients. He has the ability to put things in simple terms and make training advice fit the person in front of him. Im sure anyone who trains with stuart will benefit.
