Cash In A Dash

Just wanna say a massive thank you to the lads there, had some stuff on a buy back, I found my mother dead last Tuesday and even though I was a day late paying they didn't charge any extra and kept it safetill I could pick it up for me free of charge massive respect, cheers guys.

I had been on the phone with Samsung support for an hour, emails ok on my phone but disappeared from my laptop, in the end she told me it was because it's windows 7, even though they had been fine 2 days ago. I called computer repairs places, explained, all told me something complicated, there will still be a virus in it, etc. and a 60 minimum charge just to look. I went in Cash in a dash Lancaster, immediately he noticed my email address was different to on my phone, for some reason when my laptop was reset, it brought up gmail with an address I had never used. We swapped it over and all my emails were restored !, he helped me, solving in 2 minutes what others hadn't.

Excellent service with staff that go the extra mile, totally agree with recent post referring to people giving bad reviews... People need to understand if someone doesn't go back to collect their pawned items the store need to recoup thier costs you can't expect ebay prices for their items, the clue is in the shops name Cash in a dash, you've got to expect to take less for the convenience of quick cash. From a very satisfied customer, not an employee, lol. Morecambe and Lancaster staff are excellent!!
